Step-1 : Initial Survey /TS Survey Actual load demand & solar plant capacity on available shadow free area.
Step-2 : Layouts , Civil drawings, MMS drawings , Electrical drawings , Earthing Drawings , STAAD Analysis, Termination Drawings , Standards criteria of isolated circuit at min loss and maximum generation feeding metering side.
Procurement
A project can be considered as succuss, if it achieves the objectives as per criteria of agreed timelines (Schedule) and Budget (Cost).
In Project Management, Procurement is the major key role to achieves the goal of timely completion and higher performance technology within budget.
KSES has the experienced engineers to looking after the procurement activities And fully dedicated to provide budgetary EPC solution to our consumers.
Construction – Installation & Commissioning
In house team of engineers with required machineries to complete the Installation works, separate team and supervisors for looking after Civil, Electrical & Mechanical activities.
Compliances – Approvals & NOC’s
Educated team members regarding state wise renewable policies and corresponds required to get desired approvals and NOC’s- Net Metering / Plant Registration / Feasibility & Connectivity Approval / CEIG Certificate etc.
